The Health & Wellness Centers provide a convenient, low cost option for acute, preventive and wellness focused primary care services for all School District employees and their families enrolled on the health plan. The services provided can be shared with your personal primary care physician. This coordination can help you get healthy and stay healthy in all aspects of your life.

Kristi Adyniec, APNP
Family Medicine
Kristi Adyniec, APNP, is a family medicine nurse practitioner with Ascension Wisconsin. She is board-certified in American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANNCC). She provides acute, chronic and preventive care to patients of all ages.
Kristi has a special interest in wellness, preventive care, nutrition, weight loss, women's health and sports medicine. She feels it is her responsibility to listen to her patients and openly discuss any questions or concerns that they have. Her goal is to develop working partnerships with patients to achieve or maintain their best possible health.
Outside of the office, Kristi enjoys spending time with her family, doing activities and working out.

Our facilities are currently taking precautions to help keep patients and visitors safe, which may include conducting screenings, restricting visitors, masking in areas of high community transmission and practicing distancing for compassionate, safe care. We continuously monitor COVID-19 guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and adjust our safety practices and safeguards accordingly.
